Reporting

Transparency means the duty of an organization to account to its stakeholders

Sustainability Reporting helps you to: capture transparency benefits, have a one-stop-shop for sustainability info, support organizational commitments / standards (eg: UN Global Compact, ISO 26000 etc), meet stakeholder pressure, differentiate from the competition and contribute to brand value and reputation, meet legislative requirements governing non-financial reporting (eg: the European Commission announced a plan for mandatory reporting of CSR).

We work equally well with first-time reporters (like Carpatcement Holding SA) and also with clients who have a constant process of reporting and want to optimize processes and achieve a level of excellence in reporting non-financial results to their stakeholders (eg: Provident Financial Romania SA).

How we work

Every client needs a different level of support depending on the resources they have available. We can support you at any or all of the phases below by providing strategic advice or getting involved in detail, including writing and project managing.

At the analysis and planning phase, we help you to identify your material issues – why and what issues are important for you by determine their relevance (what matters?) and significance (how much does it matter?). These phase help us define the content of your report.

We also help you decide which, if any, reporting standards to follow (eg: GRI, UN Global Compact, ISO 26000 etc)

At the same time, we help you understand the needs of your audiences, establish clear communication objectives for the report, and develop the overall editorial and design concept. At this stage, we also work with you to decide how best to utilize print and on line reporting formats.

Phase 2 – Information gathering

We help you create / improve and manage processes for collecting and analyzing performance data and other information that should go in the report. Processes can include interviews and simple questionnaires.

In this phase we can help you to engage pro actively the middle management team in the process of reporting. You will be able to accelerate the gathering of data and increase the quality of information.
